Brian Hardesty works with the Auditmacs Finance department, supports our clients with the Audit department and is the latest addition to our growing Louisville operations. He is a Louisville native and holds an Accounting degree and MBA from Bellarmine University bringing with him years of telecommunications and accounting experience.
With his strong analytical background and knowledge of telecom billing and infrastructure, Brian is a strategic part of our Leadership team, with a keen focus on delivering extensive savings to our clients through telecom audits.
Director of Finance & Administration
Ashley Whealton is the Director of Finance and Administration at Auditmacs. In this role, she has direct oversight of financial reporting, tax and accounting functions, budget and resource planning, purchasing and contracting, human resources, and administrative management. Ashley also ensures the company's core mission of enjoying the process, loving the relationship and accelerating the results is not just a statement but a core belief of Auditmacs employees.
Ashley was instrumental in launching the Auditmacs wellness program, Believers in Better. This program is designed to enhance the quality of life of Auditmacs employees by fostering interest and encouraging employees to initiate or expand healthier lifestyles. Ashley lives in Jacksonville, FL with her husband and two dogs. She is also a vital part of the Giving Back Program and is active in several local organizations including the City Rescue Mission and Best Buddies.
Mobility Support Manager
Justin Ramos is the Mobility Support Manager at Auditmacs. In this role, Justin is responsible for overseeing a team of dedicated agents who strive to provide our clients exceptional technical support and customer service. With over 8 years' experience within the Wireless industry, Justin is able to give our clients insight on all wireless and networking offerings that will take their company to the next level.
Justin lives in Jacksonville with his wife, and two daughters. Justin is involved in Auditmacs' Giving Back Program and is a member on the Advisory Board for Best Buddies.
Vice President, Enterprise Mobility
Lyndsey Guillama serves as Vice President of Enterprise Mobility at Auditmacs. Lyndsey has over seven years' experience in the Wireless industry and has been instrumental in the growth and evolution of Auditmacs across multiple divisions supporting mobile technology. Her primary goal is to enable organizations to better understand, manage, and control their enterprise wireless telecommunications.
Lyndsey is a Florida native, holds a Master's Degree from the University of North Florida and actively supports and volunteers with Best Buddies of North Florida. For recreation, Lyndsey enjoys kayaking and spending time with her two Jack Russel Terriers.
Senior Vice President of Service Delivery
Todd Dungan is the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery at Auditmacs. Todd brings impactful leadership and is responsible for the growth, profitability and continual improvement of service operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and driving cost-saving results for our clients.
Todd has over 25 years of diversified I/T, Telecom, Accounting, H.R. & Expense Management experience. Most recently, Todd has served the past 15 years as an innovative leader in the ever evolving and growing T.E.M. industry, saving enterprise customers millions of dollars with his initiatives while driving efficiencies with proven telecom and business disciplines . Todd has a B.S. in Telecommunication Systems Management along with a minor in Business Administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
Originally from Cincinnati, Todd recently relocated to Jacksonville with his family and is enjoying the sunshine, beach and warm weather. In his free time, he most enjoys time with family and friends and is an avid music and sports fan.

Daniel moved to Jacksonville from Atlanta, GA where he spent the last decade assembling rock solid technology solutions and assuring client delight for the most successful cloud companies on the planet. After a 10 year relationship with the Auditmacs family he cheerfully agreed to join the team in 2016.
His passions are people and technology, in that order. He spends his free time with his wife of 20 years and his 4 beautiful children.
Chief Cloud Officer
Jeff Hootselle is the Chief Cloud Officer for Auditmacs, focused on helping our clients innovate, drive efficiencies, and realize competitive advantages in their marketplace through the adoption of cloud and mobile technology. Jeff is responsible for growing Auditmacs' business, maintaining client satisfaction, and establishing Auditmacs as a leading provider of technology consulting services.
Jeff brings more than 16 years of experience in the areas of cloud and telecommunications. Prior to joining Auditmacs, Jeff played an integral role in the revenue growth and global expansion of two Gartner Magic Quadrant Leaders in the Unified Communication as a Service marketplace. Working with hundreds of organizations to transform their operations and drive value through technology solutions, Jeff is recognized as a thought leader in the IT industry and is a trusted advisor to his clients.
Jeff recently relocated from Atlanta, GA and now lives in Nocatee, FL. He is a father of two and an avid sports fan. A graduate of The University of Mary Washington, he is also a member of their Sports Hall of Fame (baseball).
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at Auditmacs, Zac Smallwood has primary responsibility for Enterprise Mobility Logistics and Service Desk Operations. Having been with Auditmacs 9 years, Zac commands 19 years of telecommunications experience and 30 years in the tech industry specializing in hardware/software, telecom carrier services and Communication Lifecycle Management.
Zac holds a Bachelor's of Science in Electronic Engineering and is a Member of ISCET. He is an active community volunteer and has served with the Boy Scouts of America for 20+ years.

Jennifer Mason is a nationally recognized leader in the communications management industry. In her role as VP of Strategic Relations for Auditmacs, Jennifer is focused on the enterprise sector and works to develop solutions with clients, providers and partners that drive long-term value and cost savings. Jennifer has quickly become the go to trusted advisor for companies in the local market as well as the Fortune 500.
Jennifer has been instrumental in launching new markets, has earned numerous awards, and has been a key driver in the explosive growth of Auditmacs in her 6-year tenure. Living in St Augustine, FL and raising two children with a demanding career, Jennifer still finds time to give back to the community. She heads up the Auditmacs Giving Back Program and while active in several philanthropic endeavors, Jennifer sits on the Board of Directors for the City Rescue Mission and chairs the Annual Golf Tournament for the Mission.

David Hopper is a leading authority on cloud, mobility, and telecommunications management.
