Telecom Auditor

Working out of our Corporate Headquarters, you will be responsible for managing the customer billing process to maximize the effectiveness, accuracy and delivery of telecom billing information.

Requirements
  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, Finance, or IT preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.  ITIL and Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel: must know pivot tables, and VLOOKUP’s
  • Effective knowledge of telecommunications billing, products, and services
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Telecom Auditing
  • Experience in direct client engagement is required
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate telecom contracts, inventories and invoice information to confirm accurate billing and identify billing discrepancies
  • Identify cost saving opportunities based on billing audit discovery
  • Reviews trend analysis
  • Regularly interacts with key stakeholders at all levels of the client’s organization to discuss billing issues and make recommendations

Client Support Specialist Tier 1 and Tier 2

Working out of our Mobile Device Logistics center in Jacksonville FL, you will provide top tier help desk technical support and hardware support (i.e. - handhelds, desktops, tablets, etc.).

Requirements
  • 1-2 years previous hardware technical support experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years of IT-related experience or qualification in IT or IT related field accepted.
  • Duties require professional verbal and written communications skills, computer and internet literacy with the ability to learn necessary software applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and complete requests within designated SLA’s.
  • Physically configuring Notebooks, Tablets and Smartphones. 
  • Facilitate repair, replacement, or warranty of defective hardware.

Mobility Support Specialist

Working out of our Corporate Headquarters, you will provide Enterprise level mobility support and management via phone, email and web portals in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of the Wireless/Cellular industry and the four major U.S. carriers, including technology, devices and applications.
  • Software proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word and some Database experience.
  • 1+ years working in a corporate setting
  • Excellent track record of customer service
