Auditmacs Nominated For TEMIA’s Giving Back Award

Auditmacs Nominated For Temia's Giving Back AwardAs a member of the Technology Expense Management Industry Association (TEMIA), Jacksonville-based Auditmacs has been nominated for the organization’s Giving Back Award. TEMIA made the announcement in a July 21st press release that explained their commitment to the awards and support for promoting the value of technology and telecommunications management. Mitch Black, TEMIA’s president, said, “This is part of a broader initiative to lead the association into its next era. Most of our members no longer consider themselves as pure TEMs. Instead, they are software and/or services companies that incorporate expense management as a component of larger offerings driven by the digital transformation of the workplace.”

As a leading provider of telecom expense management and auditing services, Auditmacs donates to a charitable cause and sponsors numerous community-related events throughout the year. Auditmacs is the number one corporate fundraiser for the Best Buddies charity.  “Giving Back is in the very DNA fabric of our company,” said David Hopper, CEO of Auditmacs, “We think it’s wonderful TEMIA is spotlighting these efforts. Auditmacs serves on various charity boards and donates 10% of profits to the communities we serve. We are very blessed and feel it’s a privilege to try and help others who need our support.” Employees at Auditmacs are also encouraged to participate throughout the year in fun ways as well.

TEMIA members subscribe to a Code of Ethics, which clearly establishes standards and differentiates their level of commitment to their clients and to the communities that they serve. The National Awards ceremony aligns with a meeting theme for TEMIA’s September 11-12 meeting in San Francisco to explore “Where the Industry is Headed”. Members will cast one vote for each of TEMIA’s three awards at the upcoming September meeting. To assure full-representation, there will be absentee voting for those that are unable to attend the meeting in person. Special thanks go to those who participated in the numerous community service programs that Auditmacs supports every year.
